Job SummaryThe primary focus of the TA Specialist will be to help and scale the organization in its talent acquisition needs along with assisting in HR operational activities when required. This role is integral part of small international HR team and will work in a rapidly growing organization. Preference will be given to the candidate who are basResponsibilities / Essential Functions- Own Organization’s talent acquisition efforts for assigned positions mainly as an Individual contributor including
- Own the whole process of talent acquisition from job profile creation to hire
- Pre-screen, actively source (e.g. LinkedIn) and interview candidates for basic job match, administer assessments
- Manage assigned recruitment vendors and help them with timely feedback on shared candidates to speed up the hiring process
- Coordinate with the internal team and candidates during the entire hiring process and providing a better candidate experience.
- Manage assigned candidates and positions in Company’s ATS
- Improve employer brand, social media presence to build an employer of choice image
- Enhance talent acquisition process for better hiring manager and candidate engagement
- Administer employee records changes on systems with full accuracy in systems and employee files including documentation changes
- Participating in assigned HR projects and support HR Business Partner when required
- Provide all above tasks on a global basis in different time zones
- Works independently under senior HR guidance
Responsibilities / Non-Essential Functions- Managing internally referred candidates
- Collecting pre-offer documents of shortlisted candidates
- Providing timely updates and reports on candidates and their statuses and helping management with the recruitment dashboards and data
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant recruitment / talent acquisition experience including candidate sourcing
- At least 3 years of experience recruiting for SaaS / software and technical profiles besides other corporate functions managing 10-12 open positions at once.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a global setting, across various time zones and cultures with exposure to different legal frameworks regulating recruitment (GDPR, privacy laws)
- Excellent communication skills in English with complete fluency, additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work across various time zones flexibly (with typical work schedule 11am – 8pm IST) including India, US and Europe
- Ability to self-manage and meet KPIs set for timely and cost-effective recruitment
- Experience working in fast-moving environment and adapt to changes with professional humility
- Excellent administration with strong detail orientation and client management skills
- Well versed with Microsoft Office suite ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), Applicant Tracking Systems – JazzHR preferred -, recruitment testing tools – Test Gorilla and Predictive Index preferred - and job boards e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Naukri
- Experience with AI Recruitment tool – e.g. Humanly – is strongly preferred
