Consultant Banking/Imaging Software
Job Summary
The consultant will perform the technical installation, functional set up, testing and training of the APRO Software (on-premise or cloud) for the customer. The consultant offers advice and expertise to the customer to improve their business process in the area of the implemented APRO Software. The consultant maintains a close relationship with the Project Manager for updates on planning, status of the project, status of helpdesk issues and status of development. Although implementations will often take place in The Netherlands or remotely from our office, a consultant is supposed to travel all over the world to support implementations of our solutions. The consultant falls under responsibility of the Project Manager Services.

Responsibilities
- Consultant has the responsibility to deliver a working APRO application for the customer.
- Organize and execute implementation according to agreed project scope.
- Responsible to work the agreed hours for the customer.
- Deal with the customer's data with integrity
- Identify possible solutions to improve the APRO applications.
- Identify project risks in a timely manner and discuss with the Project Manager.
- Responsible to enter the made consultancy hours in the administration systems.
- Responsible to submit the made travel & expenses within the agreed time frame.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- At least 3 years of experience in similar SaaS implementation consulting role
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent in writing and speaking of both English and Dutch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Available to travel on an as needed basis up to 25%
