Job Summary 
The Content Strategy Manager is responsible for building out the content strategy and execution for all applicable products within the PairSoft portfolio. This individual will lead the creation and project management of all PairSoft content: the PairSoft website, brand messaging, social media messaging, the monthly webinar program, brochures, white-papers, case studies and other sales collateral. You will act as the storyteller of the company with the Marketing team and ensure the message goes across to the correct target markets globally

Expected base salary range
Depending on location and experience of candidate: $80-100,000/year base pay plus bonus and benefits

Responsibilities / Essential Functions 
  • Oversee and project manage the creation and execution of all PairSoft content marketing
  • Produce compelling copy as needed for a variety of digital mediums with proven history of CVR, clicks, and measurable success.
  • Participate in external content marketing as well as occasional internal marketing initiatives and communications
  • Create and schedule annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly content programming based on business needs
  • Research and keep up to date with trends in finance automation
  • Manage external-facing content programs such as consistent webinars and newsletters
  • Suggest new content when needed across channels
  • Lead and manage content and design work on sales collateral such as brochures, case studies, White Papers
  • Respond to time-critical requests and advocate for the right content solutions
  • Edit, measure and make sure content is accurate and consistent
  • Ensure that all website content is optimized for SEO
  • Work with freelancers and marketing department to produce additional high-value content pieces

Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English (or similar)
  • High knowledge of marketing software including Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom Webinars and MS Office applications
  • In-depth knowledge of the SaaS space relative to ERP integration and fintech specifically
  • 3+ years of experience managing large bodies of work, including design work
  • 3 + years of experience managing a cross-functional team; building and managing through career development by mentoring, coaching, and elevating others
  • Guiding team members in strategy, research, alignment, analysis, and content design execution tasks
  • Familiarity with content creation for cross-channel experiences
  • Comfortable working with a variety of business partners and delivering outcomes
  • Collaborating with technology, product, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs - then translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences
